Acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS) is a thermoplastic polymer structure with high strength, good toughness and easy processing. It can be normal in the environment of -25 ° C ~ 60 ° C, and has good formability, the surface of the processed product is smooth, easy to dye and electroplating. Performance characteristics of ABS materials:

1 low strength, tensile strength of 43MPa, bending strength of 79MPa.

2 is not resistant to temperature, long-term use temperature should not be higher than 60 degrees Celsius.

3 fluidity, coloring and surface coating and plating performance are good. ABS materials are used in household appliances, panels, masks, assemblies, accessories, etc., especially household appliances, such as washing machines, air conditioners, refrigerators, electric fans, etc., the amount is very large.

3, the characteristics of PC + ABS plastic

Acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS) is a general-purpose thermoplastic polymer. The synthetic materials of PC and ABS take the characteristics of the former two, have excellent molding processing performance, good fluidity and high strength (wearing strength 56MPa, bending strength 86MPa). PC+ABS material is easy to process, has good dimensional stability and surface gloss, is easy to apply and color, and can be used for secondary processing such as metal spraying, electroplating, welding and bonding. Because the characteristics of ABS combines the characteristics of its three components, it has excellent comprehensive performance and becomes one of the preferred plastics for electrical components, home appliances, computers and instrumentation.
